Moon Bite- Review

Moom Bite is a late night delivery restaurant. This restaurant is preffered because of its prompt services and the quality of the food. They deliver from 9PM- 4AM and it a complete midnight hunger saviour. They make sure that their food is fresh and properly packed.

What I ordered?

Tandoori Chicken
Stuffed Tangri Kebab
Lasuni Chicken Tikka
Chicken Biryani
Kashmiri Chicken
Garlic Roti

Stuffed Tangri Kebab:This is highly recommended as it was really the best tangri kebab to have. It was stuffed well and the pieces were juicy and delicious.

Tandoori Chicken: The tandoori chicken was also made properly and had a good charcoal flavor.

Tangri Kebab and Lasuni Chicken Tikka

Lasuni Chicken Tikka: The lahsuni chicken tikka had good amount of spices.

Kashmiri Chicken: It had big pieces of chicken and also had pineapple in it. The taste was sweet and good to have with roti.

Garlic Roti: It was a bit chewy but the taste was nice.

Chicken Biryani: Not at all good because it was too much scented and the rice quality was also not good. It was made of thicker rice. You can't have more than one morsel because of the scented flavor.

Packaging: Packaging was neat in black boxes.

Quantiy: The quantity should be improved.

Service: Service is fine.

Value for Money: Yes.

Eat Healthy and Live Healthy

Summers are a very eventful part of the year in India. As soon as the summer vacation begins for kids our house is flooded with relatives and kids and the number of guests comes in multitude. I have always loved hosting guests and cooking being my passion I am always up for trying something new being complimented.
Now one big issue that may dampen ones spirit are kitchen pests as it is not just about cleanliness but also safety and hygiene. Mostly during summers, one may find cockroaches or some other pests slithering in some nook and corner or hidden in cylinder, sink, cracks, crevices or places which cannot be seen by the naked eye. They carry germs and bacteria, come behind the back, crawl on food and utensils, contaminate food and spread Food Poisoning Food poisoning is one of the biggest concerns and this always keeps running at the back of your mind is my Food safe. I was introduced to “LAL HIT” by one of my relatives and wow it has been super effective, I use it on a regular basis just few sprays around the kitchen and with its Deep Reach Nozzle one can reach out to the deep crevices or even the deepest part of your kitchen sink and water exits. It works wonders!! Ever since I have started using it not even a single cockroach escapes it and the best part is its fresh fragrance which refreshes your senses. This has become a part of my monthly kitchen cleaning. Let’s #SayNoToFoodPoisoning

Method

- Add all the ingredients and marinate the chicken and keep it aside in refrigerator for 2-3 hours
-          Preheat the Microwave for high heat.
-          Oil the grilling plate and place the marinated chicken.
-          Brush with butter.
-          Grill till you see the juices coming out of the chicken.

And don't let the germ carrier- cockroaches ruin your kids summer vacation. It's time to make LAL HIT a habit to deep clean your kitchen every month and prevent food poisoning. The simple, handy and reliable solution is to apply LAL HIT each time when you deep clean the kitchen. Go for it.
