Shredded Chicken Salad



Prep Time: 10-15 Mints
Cooking Time: 5 mints


Ingredients:

Chicken- 250 gms (Boneless- Boiled and Shredded)
Brocolli- 1
Onion- 1 chopped
Carrot- 2-3 chopped
Capsicum- 1 chopped
French Beans- 5-6 chopped
Sweetcorn- 1/2 cup
Mushroom- 1/2 cup chopped
Lettuce- 3-4 
Peanuts- 1/4th cup dry roasted
Salt and Pepper- Acc to taste
Lemon Juice- 1tbsp
Olive Oil- 2 tbsp

Method:

-Boil all the veggies (except lettuce) and chicken together for 5 minutes.
-In a bowl, add all the veggies and chicken. 
-Add salt and pepper and lemon juice.
-Add olive oil for dressing.
-Add lettuce leaves and mix them again.
-Garnish it with peanuts.

This is super easy and healthy. Lose weight with this yummy chicken salad.

Seekh-E-Kebab


Seekh-E-Kebab


Cooking Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:


Minced meat- 250gm
Ginger-Garlic paste- 2tsp
Red Chilli Powder- 1tsp
Coriander Powder: 1tsp
Cumin Powder- 1tsp
Nutmeg Powder- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1tsp
Garam Masala- 1tsp
Besan- 1tbsp
Onion- 1 chopped
Green Chillies- 2 chopped
Salt- To taste
Lemon-1
Coriander and mint leaves for garnishing

Method:

-Squeeze out all the water from the minced meat.
-Add all the ingredients and mix them well.
-Add besan to bind it well.
-Keep aside for 30 minutes in the fridge.
-In an oiled skewer press the minced meat.
-Shallow fry the kebabs in a nonstick pan with little oil.
-Baste frequently with oil till it becomes golden brown.
-After the kebabs are done, put them on a serving platter.
-Garnish it with onion rings, fresh coriander and mint leaves.

Seekh kebabs are full of flavors and they are perfect as a starter.You can serve them before dinner.

Tandoori Prawns



Cooking Time: 15 minutes + 1 hour Marination time
Servings: 2

Ingredients:

Tiger Prawns: 8-10
Hung Curd- 2 Tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste- 2 tsp
Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
Red Chilly Powder-  1 tsp
Chilli Paprika- 1 tsp
Lime Juice- 1 tbsp
Gram Flour- 1 tbsp
Salt- To taste
Oil
Coriander leaves and lemon for garnishing


 Method:

- In a bowl take prawns and add all the ingredients.
-Mix it well.
-Marinate it for 1 hour in refrigerator.
-Take a grill pan and add little oil into it.
-Now put the marinated prawns.
-Cook from both the sides.
-Your tandoori prawns are ready now.
-Garnish it with coriander leaves and lemon.
