Shredded Chicken Salad



Prep Time: 10-15 Mints
Cooking Time: 5 mints


Ingredients:

Chicken- 250 gms (Boneless- Boiled and Shredded)
Brocolli- 1
Onion- 1 chopped
Carrot- 2-3 chopped
Capsicum- 1 chopped
French Beans- 5-6 chopped
Sweetcorn- 1/2 cup
Mushroom- 1/2 cup chopped
Lettuce- 3-4 
Peanuts- 1/4th cup dry roasted
Salt and Pepper- Acc to taste
Lemon Juice- 1tbsp
Olive Oil- 2 tbsp

Method:

-Boil all the veggies (except lettuce) and chicken together for 5 minutes.
-In a bowl, add all the veggies and chicken. 
-Add salt and pepper and lemon juice.
-Add olive oil for dressing.
-Add lettuce leaves and mix them again.
-Garnish it with peanuts.

This is super easy and healthy. Lose weight with this yummy chicken salad.

Boiled Chickpeas Salad


Boiled chickpea salad is a protien packed dish and is super easy to make. All you need to do is add some chopped veggies and you are sorted. 



Ingredients:

Chickpeas- 2 cups boiled
Onions- 1 chopped
Tomatoes- 1 chopped
Green Chillies- 1 chopped
Red Bell Pepper- 1/2 chopped
Coriander- chopped
Salt and Pepper- Acc to taste
Lemon juice- 2 tbsp


Method:

- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients and salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix it well and you are done. 

Note: You can add more vegetables like cucumber, capsicum,carrot, olives etc to make it look more colorful.

Healthy Salad Recipe (Veg)


If you want to lose weight then salads should definitely be the major part of your diet. Here is a healthy and yummy salad recipe which will not just satisfy your taste buds but also help you shed that extra kilos. This recipe is high in proteins and low in carbs, fats and calories. 



Ingredients:

Shredded Cabbage- 2 Cups
Soya granules (Boiled)- 1 cup
American Corn- 1/2 cup
Pomegranate- 1/2 cup
Salt- According To Taste
Pepper- According To Taste

For Dressing:

Olive Oil- 2Tsp
Lemon Juice- 1 Tbsp

Method:

-In a bowl mix all the ingredients except olive oil and lemon juice.
-Add the dressing and toss well 

Tips: You can add nuts if you want to make your salad more crunchy. They will also add more protein to the salad.

Losing weight is not a difficult task anymore. Eat Well and Look Well always!

Sprouted Green Moong Dal Chaat

Sprouted Moong Dal Chaat is really healthy and nutritious. It helps in loosing weight fast. You can add various veggies like tomatoes, onions, cucumbers and green chillies and make it a wonderful and tempting dish. This chaat is very easy peasy to make and it can be served for the breakfast or as an evening snacks.




Ingredients:

Sprouted Moong Dal- 2 cups
Onion (Chopped)- 1
Tomato (Chopped)- 1
Green Chilly (Chopped)- 2-3
Lemon Juice- 1
Salt- To Taste
Chaat Masala- 1 tsp

You can add any ingredients of your choice like cucumber, boiled potatoes, peanuts etc

Method:

-Wash and clean moong dal 
-In a bowl add 4-5 cups of water and 2 cups of green moong dal cover and leave it overnight for about 8-10 hours.
-Drain all the water and keep it aside.
-In a pan add 1 cup of water and the sprouted dal and bring it to boil for 10-15 minutes.
-Drain the hot water and rinse with cold water.
-Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies and lemon juice to the dal.Sprinkle chat masala and salt according to your taste.
-You can even keep the boiled moong dal in the refrigerator for later use.
