Asus Divas Meetup, Taj Vivanta, Bangalore

I was invited for the Asus ZenFestival on August 13th, 2015 at Hotel Taj Vivanta, M.G Road Bangalore. This event was only for the Divas. It was organized for the promo of their new smartphone.- Zenfone 2 Deluxe,Zenfone Selfie and Zenfone Laser.The event was scheduled to start at 7:30 PM but it started a bit late as many of the bloggers could not reach on time due to the heavy traffic of Bangalore.We all were greeted with smile when we reached there after that we all registered at the registration desk.

We all then proceeded to the banquet hall where the event was going to start.The Divas Meetup started off with host of Asus Team,Komal welcoming all the divas to the Asus meet.She gave us the complete idea about the Asus brand and also introduced us to the M.D of Asus Mr. Peter Chang. Mr Peter Chang gave us a small presentation about the newly launched Asus Zenfone2Laser, Zenfone2Deluxe, Zenfone Max, Zenfone Selfie, ZenPad and LolliFlash. 

The Zenfone Selfie comes with lots of interesting and new features which really impressed me.It has 13MP front and rear camera and comes with dual flash. Trust me the camera quality is just Oh So Superb! She even answered the queries of us. Her tips were really interesting like how to look slim while taking a selfie or how to make your nose look small and thin. I am definitely gonna use her tips.

She even conducted two really interesting contests at the event: One was the perfect selfie while doing the ramp walk and the other was group selfie contest.

Anusha selected the winners and they were gratified with Zenny Pendrives and Lolliflash. It was really fun and entertaining.

Then a small clip was presented by Mr. Peter Chang. He even demonstrated about the Zenfone platform.

Finally at the end of the evening we were served with yummicious lip smacking snacks and some yummy desserts like Apple Struddles and Pastries.All the dishes were super yummy and we all enjoyed the event till the end.

Asus Zenfone 6: The Design that I always wanted!

If you are someone like me, who goes for the design thing first in any mobile, then you have made your entry into my brethren! Well, seeing the commonly found designs these days, I decided to go for something that looked more urbane and contemporary, while at the same time, being different from the league. And I settled down at Asus Zenfone 6. While the company has put its clear vision into creation of this phablet, it is highly commendable that the smartphone has been made very “usable.”

Asus Zenfone has been a pleasant surprise for me. I could never think that one would use it with gloves on. Technology redefined! Trust me I always thought touch could only sense bare finger. Wow! I am able to use it in winters with gloves on. Technology fabulously used. The Glove mode is just the feature is needed with the onset of the winters and the swipe-able keyboard is something that was a first time experience for me.

The battery performance I experienced from it is quite contrary to what I had heard. That’s why they say, you know it when you actually use it. I can just go tension-free for about good hours without having to charge my phone and mind you; my usage of the phone is not minimal by any means.  

Other beneficial features of Zenfone that caught my attention were the availability of a good range of custom apps. In addition, I can use the kid mode to the hide the apps that I don’t want my little one to fiddle around with and it also has the advantage of large icons in its easy mode that suits the needs of my elderly parents as well. 

Yes what would have made me more happy was a little bit more advanced and high resolution camera, nevertheless, I am happy with the other features of battery optimization like brightness control, memory cleaner that is built in and the availability of the settings icon on the top right which saves me the time of looking for it.Buy it from Flipkart.
