Your fish is ready to be served. :D

Method:

-Clean and wash the fish fillets properly and marinate it with 2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste, 1tsp Turmeric, Lemon juice and salt. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
-Heat 4 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan and fry the fish for about 5 minutes on low flame till it becomes golden brown. Flip the fish carefully to avoid breaking.
-In a wok take the remaining oil and add the sliced onion and fry till it becomes light pink.
-Now add green chillis, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, pepper powder, cumin powder and saute for 2 minutes.
-Now add garam masala and mix well.
-Add water and salt.
-Now add fried fish to the curry and cook covered on low flame for 5 minutes.
-Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Have this hot fish with rice, dal and chutney. You can even eat it with chapati. Do try out and let me know how it came out.
